A healing journey to educate and empower.
Alice on the Go is a self-directed domestic violence prevention and education program for women and fem-identifying individuals. The 6-week online program increases an understanding of problematic relationships, recognizing warning signs, and power/control dynamics.
Participants learn how to build healthier relationships with others, and most importantly, with themselves. Each module includes reading, learning exercises and reflection, videos, and self-care activities. An Alice on the Go facilitator will be available for support throughout the entire program, and participants and the facilitator(s) will meet twice during the program as a group.
The program is broken up into six modules:
- Healthy relationships
- Stress and self-care
- Recognizing power and control
- Holding boundaries
- Transforming shame and guilt
- Finding your voice and honouring your truth
